We meet visiting teams at Ankara Esenboğa Airport and run the whole programme — hotel, training, match and return — as one provider. For club, school and university squads leaving Ankara for away games, camps or tournaments, we provide intercity coaches and midibuses.
With a 15-seat Sprinter, a 35-seat midibus and a 50-seat coach, your squad and its kit travel together. Large squads and bulky equipment can be covered with more than one vehicle on the same programme. Prices are quoted for your programme.

School and University Squads
For school sports competitions outside Ankara, we send in good time the vehicle, driver and document details that the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports requires for squads travelling in a hired vehicle. Parental consent and squad approval are arranged by the school.
We issue corporate invoices to universities and public bodies, and can take part in public procurement through EKAP (tenders and direct purchases).
Passenger List and Licences
For group transport, Turkish regulations require the passenger list to be reported to the U-ETDS electronic monitoring system before departure. Please send us the list (full names and Turkish ID or passport numbers) at least 24 hours before the journey.
2b Tour is a member of TÜRSAB (certificate no. 9502) and holds A1 and D2 passenger transport authorisations. Personal data is processed as described in our KVKK notice.

How is the price for sports team transport set?
The price depends on the vehicle type and number, dates and times, total distance, waiting time and the details of your programme. Send us the form and we will email our quote.
Where does the team kit go?
Midibuses and coaches have a luggage hold; the 50-seat coach takes up to 45 suitcases. If you carry a lot of bulky kit such as equipment cases and ball bags, a separate Sprinter can be added.
What if our flight is delayed?
We track your flight, and the pickup time follows your actual landing time.
Can we travel back the same night after the match?
Yes. On long journeys we plan two drivers or an overnight stop so that driving and rest-time rules are met; this is shown separately in the quote.
Can the invoice be issued to the club or school?
Yes, we invoice clubs, schools and institutions. For public bodies we can take part in procurement through EKAP.
What about squads of more than 60 people?
The programme is run with more than one vehicle. Enter 60 as the number of people in the form and write the full squad size in the notes.
How much notice do you need?
Please send your request as early as you can so that we can plan the vehicles. The passenger list is needed at least 24 hours before the journey.
